Hardly an Express

National Express now run the trains that run the length of the country and if you're travelling from the north, the only train to London. They won the franchise over the mainstay GNER. So what's changed? I'm typing this via the free wifi that is now enabled throughout the train. Is it any good? Well, it's hardly an 'express': more of a dialup 56Kb. I suspect that National Express have missed a cruicial bit of marketing here. Didn't it occur to ANYONE?
